“Tomorrow is my birthday. But it’s “Ken Wilber’s” birthday, not the birthday of my Original Face, the great Unborn, the vast expanse of Emptiness untouched by date or duration, tense or time. This infinite ocean of Ease, this vast expanse of Freedom, this lucid sea of Stillness, is what I am in the deepest part of me, the infinite intersection where I am not, and Spirit only is.
There is no birthday for the great Unborn, for that which never comes to be, but is the Suchness of all that is, radiant to infinity. There is no celebration for the timeless moment, which is prior to history and its lies, time and its ugly terrors, duration and its drudgery. There are no gifts for the great Uncreate, the Source of all that is, the boundless Sea of Serenity, that lines the entire Kosmos. There is no song for Always Already, the infinite Freedom gloriously beyond birth and death altogether.
For every sentient being can truly say: in essence I am timeless, in essence I am All – the lines in my face are the cracks in the cosmic egg, supernovas swirl in my heart, galaxies pulse through my veins, stars light up the neurons of my night… And who will sing birthday songs to that? Who will celebrate the vast expanse that sings its songs unheralded in the stillness of the night?”

Our board member und co-founder John Dupuy visited the “Integral Living Room” Event in Boulder.
There he introduced the Ken Wilber Gratitude Fund to the public and handed over the first check of 5000$ from the fund to Ken, who was deeply moved.

I began reading Ken Wilber as a “diversion” during law school. In short order, I found my mind rewired vibrantly so that I “saw” the world I had created inside myself, how I was reflecting external reality, and experienced worlds frequented by sages and prophets. The universe vibrated and expanded to infinity for me. Ken Wilber’s words, voice, and demeanor has served as an exemplar by which many have traveled the miraculous maze that represents our lives’ journeys. I eagerly await every new iteration of Ken’s Integral theory. By supporting this Fund I wish to let him know how much I have grown from his past, present, and future offerings.
I had the very good fortune to stumble upon Integral theory and practice in a tiny town in Southern Utah working for John and Pam Dupuy at Integral Recovery. As with everyone who encounters the Integral map, my life was changed irrevocably. Grateful for this knowledge, grateful to Ken, I am extremely honored to be the financial administrator of The Ken Wilber Gratitude Fund.
Ken Wilber initiated me into a bigger, better world, as he has done for millions of people. How does one sufficiently thank someone for the likes of that? Many of us have dedicated our lives to transmitting the integral view to others. It is a privilege to support, through this fund, the Fount himself, and his continued vital work in creating an ever more good, true and beautiful world.
I feel blessed that Ken’s work has found me and I am grateful to be able to serve the KW fund by leading its operations. For me it is an opportunity to complete the circle of giving.
Being one of the visionaries of The Ken Wilber Gratitude Fund, I felt the impulse to create a flow of circling back all that we have received from Ken’s work to him.
Ken Wilber’s work has illuminated my life and my work in the field of addiction and recovery and has brought new light, new hope, and new focus to one of our human family’s most tragic and catastrophic diseases—namely drug and alcohol addiction.
