Ken –
Though we have never personally met, I am deeply grateful for your contributions.
My first book of yours was Integral Theory, which I read multiple times as I felt deeply that “this is what I need.”
As a swimmer in the 12,000 meter per day era then a top LA Studio trumpeter with appurtenant practice routines musician in my youth, there were parts of my “growing up” which were missing due to lack of time that others supposedly but not always used to socialize, think, and assimilate/Integrate.
Without the AQAL framework, learning Mindfulness, and making my subjective views object over and over again, these shortcomings would have continued to frustrate my efforts at a happy and good life…without me knowing why or how.
Integral Theory, Integral Practices, AQAl, understanding complete but increasingly complex inclusive holon theories, and the various matrices of Growing Up, Showing Up, Lines, Levels, and States have improved my life immeasurably.
Deepest Gratitude!
